My client had requested a pond cover frame as a subtle replacement for their previous cover, which simply put was a raised net. The issue was herons and cats kept terrorising their expensive koi carp so a long term heavy solution was required.

The frame was measured out and my client provided a full size cut out of the pond from excess materials. This was used to produce the curves accurately and proved to be invaluable. The sections were measured to be as equal as possible to provide weight distribution for when it is to be dismantled, along with being aesthetically pleasing.
